The global polymers market produces over
200 million tonnes a year. Only 0.5% of which comes
from renewable sources. The renewable source market
is set to grow by 20% a year with biodegradable polymers
being used for agricultural and garbage bag disposable
applications; but the largest opportunities being the
replacement of fossil based materials with renewable
source materials for automotive and consumer applications.

The market will evolve with material hybrid blends in order to
meet the industry and application requirements; however, some
of these can still provide energy savings in the order of 40-50%
and 20-30% lower CO2 emmisions.

We believe the most effective way to reduce the energy
consumption and co2 footprint is to either reuse or recycle
and using renewable sourced energy and materials provides
the most sustainable solution for our Planet.
